When Life Feels Heavy, You Don’t Have to Carry It Alone
Welcome! My name is Navpreet (Nav) (she/her). With over five years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve supported adults and families navigating crisis, addictions, complex life transitions, and a range of other challenges. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of what to do next, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a space where you can come as you are, explore what’s weighing on you, and take meaningful steps forward.
What Brings You to Therapy?
Life can bring anxiety, relationship struggles, family pressures, past experiences, low self-worth, emotional overwhelm, and moments when you simply feel stuck. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationships, family dynamics, life transitions, cultural identity, emotional regulation, boundaries, and many other concerns.
Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, better understand patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck, and identify what you need to move forward.
My Approach
My approach is warm, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and collaborative. I recognize that your experiences are shaped by your relationships, family, culture, and life experiences, and I strive to create a space where you can explore these parts of yourself without judgment.
I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, and other therapeutic approaches, tailoring our work to your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we can develop practical tools for navigating difficult emotions and relationships, strengthen your sense of self, and build greater confidence in yourself and your decisions.
Your Therapy, Your Pace
I believe therapy works best when we work together. I want to understand what you’re experiencing, what matters most to you, and what meaningful change looks like in your life. Whether you’re working through something that has been affecting you for years or simply trying to understand yourself better, we can start where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.
Therapy is your space. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Let’s work together toward meaningful change.
