I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Ontario and the founder of A & B Resilient Heart Psychotherapy, where I provide virtual, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care to individuals and couples across the province. My work is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and attachment-based interventions, while remaining deeply attuned to each client’s unique cultural, spiritual, and personal identity. I believe healing is not a one-size-fits-all process—it is collaborative, intentional, and deeply human.
With a background in community work, cross-cultural engagement, and over a decade of professional experience supporting diverse populations, I bring both clinical skill and lived empathy into the therapeutic space. For clients who desire it, I also respectfully integrate faith-based perspectives as part of the healing journey.
My goal is simple yet powerful: to walk alongside you as you build resilience, reconnect with your authentic self, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
