If you need a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental place to share your deep core wounds, traumas, fears, anger, sadness and difficult emotions, you can reach out to me. I am Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). We may use art as a form of non-verbal communication if you would like to explore therapy by making art. You need not be an artist or possess any art-making skills. Just bring yourself. I can provide you safe space to unburden yourself, address limiting beliefs, and untangle the knots. My initiative will be to listen to you mindfully and compassionately. I offer you a non-judgemental and empathetic space where you can safely unload your burdens and worries.
