About…

I believe that meaningful change is possible for everyone. Through my own therapy journey, I have a deep respect for the incredible courage it takes to step into therapy. With the right tools, support, and a safe therapeutic environment, you can grow, heal, and move toward the life you want.  My role is to walk with you in that journey—helping you uncover your strengths and supporting you every step of the way.

Focus Areas: Individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, and relationship issues. My approach draws from Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

In my years working with the Waterloo Sexual Assault Support Centre and the City of Cambridge for their “Friendly Visiting Program,” ensuring isolated senior members of the community are not forgotten, I witnessed the resiliency we have as human beings. I know that healing can happen in so many ways! Outside the therapy room, you can find me spending quite time with my cat, checking out a new restaurant, or attending yoga and pilates classes.

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming or even scary—but you don’t have to do it alone. As your Therapist-in-Training, I’m here to listen, to support, and to help you take that first step toward meaningful change.
