It wasn’t until I found the right therapist that I realized I could have a dedicated co-navigator by my side to chart my way forward. And now, I would love the opportunity to play that role in your life.

My philosophy is to provide client-centred therapy that affirms 2SLGBTQ+ identities, opposes racism and oppression, and promotes social justice. I work hard to always be nonjudgmental, supportive, and empathetic. Drawing upon my lived experience, I apply an integrative approach to therapy using a wide variety of evidence-based tools that are bespoke to each client. My work largely centres on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), a powerful method for compassionately and mindfully accepting what we cannot change, while also committing to creating a more enriching and values-aligned life.

Nick (he/him) speaks English fluently and has some proficiency in French and Greek. He holds a JD (law degree), a BA, and is currently completing his MA in Counselling Psychology. He is an active member of the Association of Contextual Behavioural Science, the global community of ACT practitioners, researchers, and academics. Nick is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, which regulates the controlled act of psychotherapy in the province.
