Hi, I work in Ottawa and virtually across Ontario. I often see people with issues surrounding complex relationship trauma, anxiety, and depression. One of my goals is to demonstrate a meaningful and judgment-free understanding of your experiences so we can build a trustworthy and effective therapeutic relationship. On this foundation, you may think and feel openly to experience what’s “hidden” and gain a deeper self-understanding. If you’re interested in making sense of recurring or inhibiting thoughts, feelings, and habits, and in developing a more integrated or balanced mindset, we might be a good fit!
We can also discuss practical knowledge and tools. For instance, how our minds and bodies respond to stress, needs, boundaries for ourselves and others, and cognitive-behavioural and mindfulness techniques proven to help manage anxiety, depression, and stress.
