I offer an empathetic space where you are welcome and supported in your authenticity. As someone who has lived the immigration experience, and with many years of supporting neurodivergent individuals and families, I am attuned to stories of difference, identity, and adaptation, and have a deep respect for diverse cultural wisdom. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, and social stresses.
A master’s-level Counselling Psychology practicum student, practicing under supervision , I bring many years of life and parenting experience supporting individuals and families through change, complexity, and uncertainty. My approach is client-centred, strengths-based, influenced by mindfulness, and deep respect for diverse cultural wisdom.
We work collaboratively to explore, with curiosity and compassion, what’s been weighing on you and what you hope might change, at a pace that feels right for you.
