Maybe you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of yourself. You might be navigating anxiety, changes in your relationships, a difficult life transition, or simply trying to understand yourself better. You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.
I’m Nicole, a therapist completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I work with teens, adults, and families, offering a warm and supportive space where you can feel heard, build confidence, and work through the challenges you’re facing.
Before beginning my graduate studies, I spent several years supporting children, teens, and families across clinical, home, and school settings. This experience shaped my collaborative and strengths-based approach to therapy. I believe therapy should meet you where you are, and I draw from person-centred therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-informed approaches based on your individual needs and goals.
