My approach is grounded in social justice, trauma-informed care, and the belief that you are not broken. I view problems like excessive worry, emotional reactivity, self-doubt and low motivation as survival responses to the environments you’ve had to navigate. Together, we can explore those experiences and move toward deeper understanding and practical change—with compassion and with respect for your lived experience.
I bring a unique background and experience as a trained coach, educator, yoga instructor, and mother, with advanced training in Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These are mind-body therapies that can help you reclaim a sense of safety in yourself and with others, and to access healing from within so you can live in the way that aligns with your values—the person you want to be.
