I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, relationship challenges and everyday stress. While lots of my experience is with children and youth, and I bring that same patience, clarity, and practical approach to my work with adults too.
I have experience working within school systems, including providing one-to-one support in an elementary school setting to children with anxiety. I have also worked as an instructor therapist and have supported neurodivergent children and youth. This background informs my approach to therapy being one where I lead with flexibility, structure, and an understanding that everyone processes the world differently.
In therapy, I focus on helping clients better understand their emotions, develop coping skills, and feel more confident expressing their needs. With children and teens, this may include age-appropriate tools and collaboration with caregivers. With adults and older adults, our work may focus on managing anxiety, adjusting to life changes, or building healthier ways of relating to oneself and others.
My style is calm, supportive, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where clients of all ages feel understood, respected, and supported as they work toward greater emotional balance and resilience.
