Sometimes all we want is to be heard, to have someone fully present for us. We experience this from family and friends but there is always an underlying judgement or opinion that direct us where we may not want to go. A lot of times talking to a stranger sounds like an intrusive or uncomfortable situation to be in, but I can assure you once you get past the first fearful step, you will learn that it’s a form of self care that will stay with you for a lifetime.
My approach includes talk therapy, meditation, and other creative interventions that help navigate individuals through traumas and strenuous life circumstances. I specialize in stress management, family conflict, career burn out, depression and anxiety with a focus on creating a safe and trusting environment.
