Maybe you’ve been carrying more than anyone can see — and you’re finally wondering what it might be like to lay some of it down.
If you’re here, something inside you is reaching for relief, understanding, or change. That part of you deserves to be met with care — and that’s exactly what I offer in therapy.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I work with adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, identity exploration, and the quiet weight of burnout or self-doubt. You might not have the words for what you’re feeling — and that’s okay. Therapy can help you begin to make sense of it.
What Therapy Feels Like With Me
Therapy with me is a gentle, collaborative space where you can come as you are — with your questions, your emotions, your protective parts, and your hopes. I bring warmth, non-judgment, and deep respect for your unique story and pace. Our work together is shaped by your values, your voice, and what matters most to you.
I use an integrative approach, drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My work is grounded in the belief that change is possible when we feel safe enough to explore — and supported enough to imagine something different.
I offer sessions in English and Turkish, and I’m committed to providing a culturally sensitive, inclusive, and affirming space for people from all backgrounds.
Ready to Begin?
Starting therapy is a courageous act of self-awareness — a way of saying, my inner life matters. If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to book a free 30-minute consultation through my website.
Let’s talk about what’s bringing you here, and explore whether this space feels like the right fit.
You don’t have to navigate it all alone. With support, things can begin to shift.
