Experiences like PCOS, PMS, PMDD, PPA/PPD, hormonal changes, or ongoing emotional stress can make it even harder to feel steady, understood, or supported.
I support individuals, couples, and families from diverse racial and LGBTQIA+ communities in making sense of how trauma, culture, and relationships shape emotional and relational patterns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of repeating patterns of overthinking, conflict, or self-doubt, unsure of how to move forward. Together, we work toward building clarity, strengthening communication, and creating more secure, authentic connections, both with yourself and with others.
In our work, we slow things down. Rather than rushing to fix, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface, the patterns, emotions, and experiences that have shaped how you cope, relate, and respond. I draw from relational, psychodynamic approaches along with ACT, IFS and somatic awareness to support deeper understanding, emotional flexibility, and lasting change.
