I am deeply committed to helping my clients achieve their personal goals and improve their well-being. My primary goal during each session is to create a warm, welcoming environment where my clients feel safe and comfortable exploring their problems and concerns. I offer my services in English and French to accommodate a broader range of clients. My approach to counselling is integrative, meaning I draw on various therapeutic techniques and methodologies to best meet my clients’ needs. Some of the approaches I incorporate include: cognitive-behavioural (CBT), humanistic/person-centered, solution-focused, strength-based, existential, and mindfulness.
I am currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. I graduated in 2021 with a BA in Psychology from Mount Allison University. I am a student member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and am a therapist-in-training at the Psychology and Wellness Centre under the clinical supervision of Paulette Levesque, a psychologist and the centre’s owner.
The Psychology and Wellness Centre is a multi-disciplinary clinic located in Dieppe, New Brunswick that offers many services (such as psychological services, social work, laser therapy, and psychotherapy) to support you on your wellness journey. We currently have three practicum students (myself included) who are accepting new clients. We offer in-person and/or virtual therapy sessions. We also offer same-day counselling.
