Life is a journey filled with successes, challenges, and moments of pain, and it takes strength and courage to reach out for support along the way. My name is Noof Mohammed, and I am deeply committed to helping people navigate life’s complexities with empathy and understanding. With a bachelor’s degree in medicine and general surgery and currently pursuing a master’s degree in counselling psychology, I bring a unique blend of medical and therapeutic perspectives to my practice. Currently, I am honoured to be completing my practicum at Serene Heart Counselling under the guidance and supervision of Saima Zaheer, M.Ed Psych, RP, CTIC.
My medical background has given me a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and the importance of holistic well-being. This experience and my passion for mental health fuel my dedication to helping clients achieve health, resilience, and personal growth. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. I believe these modalities effectively address various challenges while fostering lasting change.
I believe that when we better understand ourselves and tend to our wounds, we open the door to experiencing more profound joy, gratitude, and connection. I hope to support each client on their journey toward wellness, helping them build resilience and discover their inner strength.
