With extensive international experience, I am one step away from obtaining the Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) status in Ontario. I combine psychodynamic and client-centered principles of therapy with neuroscience-based insights, using evidence-based approaches like trauma-informed practice, guided imagery, symbol and dream analysis, talk therapy, CBT, EMDR, body work, mindfulness practice, and more to foster healing and resilience, encouraging personal growth and emotional well-being.
