About…

The human body, particularly the brain, is a unique system designed for self-healing and recovery. In our busy world, it’s easy to lose the connection with our true selves. I firmly believe the essence of the therapeutic process is to reconnect and activate our natural healing abilities, helping you find your own peace in a hectic and ever-changing environment.

As a psychotherapist (as designated in Ukraine) with international experience and a student therapist in Canada, I work with individuals 18+. I use different evidence-based approaches like trauma-informed practice, guided imagery, symbol and dream analysis, talk therapy, body work, mindfulness practice, and more to foster healing and resilience, encouraging personal growth and emotional well-being. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can freely express yourself and discuss any challenges that feel tough or sensitive.

I offer services in English, Russian, and Ukrainian. If you’re interested, please reach out to set up a free consultation to see if we would be a good fit to work together on your journey to wellness. Email me at KTpsychotherapy@protonmail.com with my name and consultation in the subject line.
