Living in a world that often misunderstands or overlooks difference can be exhausting. If you’re neurodivergent, navigating OCD, or managing a condition like epilepsy, you might feel like you’re always explaining yourself or working harder just to be seen as capable.
In our work together, you don’t have to mask or justify how your brain works. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I support neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD, autism, OCD, and epilepsy, who are also coping with anxiety, depression, burnout, or major life transitions. Maybe you’ve spent years second-guessing yourself or feeling like you’re out of step with others. Maybe you’re tired of trying to make yourself fit into systems that don’t make space for your needs. Therapy can help you reconnect with your strengths and feel more grounded in who you are.
My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Narrative Therapy, CBT, and mindfulness. We’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, find tools that actually work for your brain, and help you feel more at home in yourself.
You are not too much. You are not broken. And you are not alone.
You are human. And you deserve support that honors that.
