My practice is mainly based in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy. I adopt a client-centered, integrative approach which is personalized based on individual needs. When working with couples, I base my practice in the Gottman Method and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT).
