I am a certified Narrative Therapist, and I work with individuals who are navigating grief and loss, anxiety and stress, trauma, divorce, relationship difficulties, ADHD, shame, identity concerns, and major life transitions. I provide affordable, in-person counselling in Edmonton and online counselling throughout Alberta. I provide therapy in English and Spanish. I strive to create a space where you can feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. I’m in the final year of my Masters of Counselling Psychology program at CityU, currently practicing under the supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist, Katherine Dunford (#6727).

I believe that the stories we develop about ourselves and our experiences can have a powerful influence on how we understand our lives. I see counselling as a collaborative process where we can explore these stories, including the ways that problems, relationships, culture, and life experiences have shaped them.
