Do you ever feel like you are “functioning” on the outside but quietly struggling on the inside? Many of my clients describe themselves this way—juggling careers, relationships, and responsibilities, while battling stress, self-doubt, or burnout behind closed doors. If this resonates with you, you’re in the right place.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with over 9 years of experience working with adults, couples, and adolescents. I help people navigate depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, low self-worth, Anger, body image issues, burnout, and major life transitions such as immigration, cultural adjustment, or career changes. Together, we focus on restoring balance, building confidence, and reconnecting with your authentic self.
My style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all experience. That’s why I take an eclectic, evidence-based approach, blending CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and a trauma-informed lens. For couples, I integrate the Gottman Method and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). This flexibility allows me to adapt therapy to your unique story and needs.
Clients who work with me often share that they finally feel understood and less alone. Having supported diverse communities—including professionals, university students, and families in transition—I recognize how culture and lived experience shape mental health.
If you’re ready to feel more grounded, strengthen your relationships, and create lasting change, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.
