About…

I specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD and Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), but I am equally dedicated to assisting anyone, regardless of the labels they identify with. The challenges faced by those with ADHD and HSP traits are often universal, affecting many who do not identify with these conditions. Welcome to a welcoming and positive environment where you can be yourself and openly discuss your struggles without fear of judgment.

My approach is diverse, practical, strength-based, and trauma-informed, with a commitment to cultural sensitivity and humility. My practice is built on three core pillars: coaching and directive work to foster positive habits, a sense of direction, and structure; self-exploration to enhance self-awareness and control over behavioral, intellectual, and emotional tendencies; and most importantly, developing emotional resilience to navigate challenges.

If what you’re reading resonates with you and you believe I can assist you in making positive changes, please reach out for a free, no-obligation consultation. This will give you the opportunity to decide if my services are the right fit for you. I also offer sliding scale fees and work with insurance companies to accommodate your needs.
