I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories, the quiet hopes, the hard chapters, and the tough moments when everything shifts. I believe there is real power in being truly heard, especially when life feels uncertain or heavy and I feel honoured to walk alongside clients during their hard times.
My own path, through career shifts, personal development/reinvention, grief after loss, and the endings of important relationships has given me a deep, firsthand understanding of how disorienting and isolating those times can be. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety that won’t let up, relationship struggles, grief that lingers, feeling stuck in your career or life stage, health changes, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to explore what you’re carrying.
I also have a focus on behaviour change from the years I spent working in public health helping people reduce substance use, manage chronic health challenges, and build healthy habits. Those experiences reinforced my belief that healing and wellness involves the whole person: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, environmental, etc.
I work integratively, blending Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other modalities to tailor the work to what actually fits you. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, untangle unhelpful patterns, and build practical tools for real change. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to provide a compassionate, safe space to explore how to access your inner knowing.
I also run health and wellness workshops to support learning skills that last beyond our sessions.
My work emphasizes collaboration, empowerment, and real-world solutions. Whether you are navigating a difficult life event, exploring new possibilities, or seeking to improve your emotional well-being, I am here to support you on your journey. I am committed to making therapy accessible, affordable, and effective.
