Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of their direction. From the outside things may look fine, but internally something feels “off.” You might be overthinking, self-critical, or disconnected from what matters most. I work with thoughtful and introspective people, including young adults, navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or questions of identity and purpose. Together, we build self-understanding, clarity, and a life aligned with your values.
I offer a compassionate, reflective space to explore what you’re going through without judgment. Using mindfulness, narrative and existential therapy, and ACT, we slow things down, notice patterns, and build tools for grounding and resilience. My work is informed by experience supporting youth in school and community settings.
Finding the right therapist can feel hard, especially when you’re already carrying so much. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or wanting more clarity, you don’t have to do this alone. I offer a free consultation so we can connect and see if it feels like a good fit.
