About…

Hello & Welcome, I am so glad you are here.

I work with youth, adults, and couples who may look like they have everything together on the outside, but inside feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. You may be navigating stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, career challenges, parenting pressures, low self-esteem, or simply feeling unsure of your next step.

I am also passionate about supporting BIPOC and immigrant clients, particularly around cultural adjustment, identity, family expectations, relationships, belonging, and navigating major life changes.

My goal is to create a warm, compassionate space where you can exhale, feel understood, and talk openly about what has been weighing on you. Together, we can make sense of what you are experiencing while building practical tools to manage stress, strengthen relationships, improve confidence, set boundaries, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach is collaborative and holistic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). More than following one specific model, I focus on getting to know you—your experiences, values, culture, relationships, and what you hope to get out of therapy.

Affordable therapy can still feel personal, supportive, and meaningful. Your first session with me is FREE, with ongoing sessions offered at a low-cost rate of $50.

Therapy does not have to feel financially out of reach. If you have been wanting support but cost has been a barrier, your first session is completely free, and ongoing sessions are only $50.

You do not have to carry everything on your own. If any part of this resonates with you, I would be honoured to support you.
