I take an integrative approach tailored to each person’s unique needs—drawing on psychodynamic insight from the past, cognitive-behavioral tools for the present, and solution-focused or strength-based strategies to support future growth. With warmth and openness, I support clients in building confidence, clarity, and balance through creative ways of working together.
