Hi, I’m Prashant — a Master of Social Work (MSW) student therapist currently completing my clinical placement with Deep Counselling under the supervision of Bhargavi Patel, MSW, RSW. My work is rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and the belief that healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard.
I come with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and communities through counselling, meditation, and Reiki-based healing. My approach draws from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, while also integrating holistic tools that nurture both the mind and spirit.
I currently work with adults and youth navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. As an immigrant myself, I am especially passionate about supporting newcomers and individuals adjusting to change with empathy and understanding.
In therapy, I aim to create a safe and welcoming space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner strength. Together, we explore ways to bring balance, clarity, and calm back into everyday life.
Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me facilitating community meditation circles in Mississauga or enjoying peaceful time in nature with my family.
