I see therapy as a space where your story matters—a place where you can be truly heard and supported. I want to understand what is most important to you, and everything that makes you, you! This way, we can work together to move towards the change you are after.
I focus on helping women and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, burnout/ stress, or trauma from relationships and childhood. With experience in both private and community settings, I’m familiar with many different therapeutic approaches, but recognize that not every therapy method works for everyone. As I get to know you, we will be able to pull from various techniques to form an approach that resonates with you and fits your unique needs. Some of the methods we might explore are DBT, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, ACT, and Internal Family Systems.
Having lived in different parts of the world, I’ve come to appreciate how unique each person’s experiences are, and I bring that perspective into our work together. I’m dedicated to listening with empathy and curiosity, creating a space that feels warm and authentic—sometimes with a bit of humor thrown in!
When I’m not in sessions, I’m a busy mom of two young children, goofing around and making memories. To refuel myself, I travel, play string instruments, watch Netflix crime thrillers and of course indulge in food!
