As a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist I provide Cognitive Behavioural therapy to clients 18+, to help identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. Are you stuck in a cycle of anxiety and fear? Do you feel distressed with excessive worry, suicidal thoughts, or insomnia? Life can feel overwhelming, but you deserve compassionate support. I offer client centered, safe, trauma-informed therapy, where you can feel heard and understood. In person or online sessions. Sliding scale available. I am a Highly Sensitive Person with a background in the Arts and as a Hospital and Community Nurse. With a deep understanding of the Mind/Body Connection, along with CBT, I offer the option of Movement / Somatic Therapy. I also offer Animal Assisted Therapy with my Certified Therapy dog, “Jupiter”.
