Accepting new clients. I work with individuals who are seeking support in person and online. I am experienced with trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, stress management, and life transitions. From a theoretical perspective, I use evidence-based techniques and strategies that combine positive psychology, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Attachment Theory.
I believe in the importance of getting to know my client as a whole person and understanding issues from a holistic point of view. Our relationship is paramount as we work together to identify strengths and goals which we will continue to work towards as we progress. I offer sincere, often direct guidance and feedback to my clients.
