Attachment-Focused Therapy for Women+ Navigating Burnout, Emotional Intensity & Self-Reconnection

You’ve spent years analyzing, self-reflecting, and trying to figure yourself out—so why does it still feel like something’s missing? If you intellectualize your emotions, over-function in relationships, and cycle between high-energy productivity and total exhaustion, you’re not alone.

I specialize in attachment-focused, trauma-informed therapy for women+ who feel disconnected from their own needs, emotions, and inner spark. Whether you’re struggling with burnout, emotional intensity, relationship patterns, or childhood wounds that still shape you today, we can work together to understand and rewrite those patterns with compassion and clarity.

My approach blends Parts Work (IFS-informed), Somatic Therapy, AEDP, and Existential Therapy, helping you move beyond insight into real emotional shifts. We’ll build practical skills for emotional regulation and self-trust while also exploring the deeper narratives that have kept you stuck.

You don’t need a diagnosis to start this work—I believe in meeting you where you are, not where the mental health system says you “should” be. Together, we’ll build an inner field guide that helps you navigate emotions, relationships, and life transitions with more confidence and ease.

I offer virtual therapy across Ontario & all unregulated provinces/territories. Sliding scale spots available.
