About…

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. Are you struggling to feel ok?

On the surface you are holding it all together, but underneath you feel isolated, sadness, fear, or self-doubt. There is a quiet exhausting reality, and you are carrying a heavy weight, and a persistent worry. You find yourself wondering what it feels like to finally “feel ok.”

I support individuals who:

·    Do it all, and worry about how long you can keep it up

·    Are expert caretakers for others, but not themselves and are burning out

·    People please and feel the intense, unrelenting pressure to be perfect even though they know logically that perfection is an impossible standard

·    Are exhausted by relationship conflict, and try to predict, avoid and diffuse it

·    Whose inner voice is silenced. They hear it, but struggle to use it

·    Experience core challenges with self-worth and self-value

·    Regret how they behave and replay conversations in their heads

·    Feel stuck, overwhelmed, or paralyzed by waves of worry and fear

·    Mask their true self, struggle with confidence, and frequently experience social anxiety

·    Feel isolated due to motherhood, self-doubt, difficult relationships, or for other reasons

·   Wonder if life can be different and want to intentionally imagine it

What You Can Expect:

·    A personalized, unhurried pace: We will take the time you need to explore how you want to feel and create a path to get there

·    A beautiful mix of talking and creativity (even online!): Our time together is flexible and dynamic. We might talk all session long or experience the relief of a ‘flow state’ of a crafting activity –a signal that an internal shift is emerging

·    Together, we will learn ways to feel at peace, make decisions without overthinking, and let your mind unwind

How I Support You:

Areas of Focus

·       Relationship Issues & Family Dynamics: Navigating high-conflict patterns, boundary-setting, co-parenting conflict, blended families, & building healthier relational attachment loops

·       Anxiety, Perfectionism, & Burnout: Disrupting racing thoughts, emotional dysregulation, constant second-guessing, worry, identity, depression, panic attacks, trauma, &  the emotional distress of chronic stress

·       Coping Skills & Self-Compassion: Overcoming self-doubt & somatic tension from chronic conditions & processing major life transitions

Modalities

I combine different therapeutic modalities to meet your unique rhythm, adjusting our focus and collaborating closely with you every step of the way. Our collaborative approach might include:

·       Creative Artmaking & Crafting: Utilizing tactile, hands-on artistic expression to access thoughts and emotions that words alone can’t always reach

·       Humanistic Therapy: Creating a compassionate, non-judgmental environment centred on your inherent capacity for growth and self-discovery

·       Psychodynamic Therapy: Exploring how your past experiences, early relationships, and unconscious patterns might be quietly shaping how you feel, react, and connect in the present

·       Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Finding and gently challenging the unhelpful thought patterns and loops that keep you feeling stuck or anxious

·       Narrative Therapy: Exploring the stories you tell yourself about your life, separating your identity from your problems, and empowering you to rewrite your next chapters

·       Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT): Finding meaningful strategies to support a life that aligns with your values and priorities

·       Somatic & Mindfulness-Based Care: Incorporating embodiment practices to help ground an overactive nervous system and heal the mind-body connection

·       Integrative Talk Therapy: A custom blend of approaches tailored to your unique needs

·       BIPOC & LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, attachment healing, nervous system regulation, evidence-based, creative arts, wellness, brain-based
