I am a person that is at ease with ‘the gray’; deeply understanding that there is no one way to live life. Instead, I want to validate your personal expression of who you are and am here to walk alongside you as you explore who you want to be and what you want your life to look like. I hope, first and foremost, during our time together, you feel safe and heard. At every point in your journey, whether you are trying to heal or grow, I hope you feel that who you are in this moment, is valuable.

My services are offered via video to anyone across Ontario, or outdoors in Peterborough, Ontario.

I use empathetic, non-judgemental, person-centered approaches, with a mix of interventions from CBT, solutions-focused and narrative therapies that will apply to your specific situation. I believe culturally responsive and socially-just values are foundational to understanding personal and systemic factors that impact your holistic health.

Previous work experiences with advocating for equality and spearheading changes to policies and systems that are rooted in oppression. You can count on me to provide you with time and space to share and be yourself. I recognize that we are all uniquely complex and that your intersectional identities deserve to be celebrated and protected. Your uniqueness requires a unique approach that we will craft together. What will be constant, is my openness and respect.
