My role is to help you explore which tools work for you by supporting, guiding and facilitating the change process.
I have a varied background in health care and the performing arts, both of which have enriched my understanding of the human condition and wellness. I like to use a variety of evidence-based modalities, ensuring to always check-in and work with the present moment.
My aim is to help to empower clients by finding new ways of coping and by creating new narratives and meaning. I offer a space where clients can feel safe, heard and encouraged as they move through the process of self-exploration and examination.
I work with adults and youth around issues of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, trauma, self-esteem, stress. The modalities I use include CBT, EFT, Mindfulness Based, Gestalt, Art Therapy, Psychodynamic, Client-centred.
