I take a warm and collaborative approach that prioritizes your needs and goals. Because I tailor my work to suit each client, I draw from a variety of theories such as psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, IFS, and ACT. That said, I’m always open to creativity, experimentation and research–I used to be a scientist after all!
