Are you longing for relief, clarity, or simply a place to breathe? You’re not alone. Together we can slow things down, as if stepping into a quiet clearing away from the noise of everyday life. I offer a space to unpack what may feel unspeakable and to navigate the rivers of thoughts and memories, making sense of how the past touches your present so that more peace, clarity, and personal growth become possible. My intention is to offer a grounded place where you can reconnect with a sense of belonging—to yourself, to others, and to the natural world around you. I creatively support you in cultivating flexibility, embracing transformation, and reclaiming a felt sense of belonging and unique relevance in the world.
I have trained in Gestalt therapy through the Gestalt Institute of Toronto. My approach is relational, embodied, and creative. This means we pay attention not only to your thoughts and stories, but also to your feelings, body sensations, and the subtle ways you show up. My lived experience includes immigrating to Canada from Switzerland over 30 years ago and living in blended families that hold diverse cultural identities. In my own life and family, I have navigated major transitions, trauma, depression, addiction, grief, divorce, estrangement and reconnection, learning and intellectual disabilities, and transitions into retirement. These experiences inform how I sit with you: I know that healing and reconnection are possible because I have lived through them. Your pain, loss, confusion, and longing will be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
I offer a free 20 minute consultation by phone. Please note my services are not covered by insurance.
