In a society where certain kinds of perfection are celebrated and imperfections are not tolerated, we experience shame, self-blame, isolation, hopelessness, and ultimately a toxic relationship with ourselves. Breaking free from these patterns is not a journey you must go through alone. I aim to help people embrace the whole of life – including imperfections – through radical self-acceptance and self-compassion.

I have worked extensively with refugees, newcomers, and immigrant populations, along with supporting youth and adults going through various forms of stress including depression, anxiety, life transitions, self esteem challenges and identity exploration.
