Hello! I’m Randi (she/her), a Registered Social Worker with more than 2o years of experience in the fields of counselling, mental health and addictions.  I’ve experienced and overcome many difficult challenges in my life, which has fueled my passion for helping others to make changes and achieve their goals.  I work with individuals aged 18 and up.  I can help with a variety of issues, and a few that I have particular expertise in include:  depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, boundary-setting, men’s issues, assertiveness, and healing from difficult past relationships.

I consider myself to be a very nonjudgmental, compassionate and authentic person  (it’s not unusual to hear laughing, joking and swearing coming from my office!).   Whatever your goals and needs, I’d be honoured to help you on your journey to a better future… and a better version of you.  It’s very important to me that I give my clients practical ideas and tools to use to achieve their goals, and sometimes I’ll give you homework to do between sessions.  Let’s get started!
