About…

* CURRENTLY TAKING NEW CLIENTS * Hello! I’m Randi (she/her), a Registered Social Worker with more than 2o years of experience in the fields of counselling, mental health and addictions.  I’ve experienced and overcome many difficult challenges in my own life, which fuels my passion for helping others to make changes.  I work with folks 18 years of age and up, helping them work make the changes they desire in various areas:  dating/relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, grief, men’s issues, assertiveness, and dealing with difficult family members, to name a few.  I’m also the creator of  The Savvy Dater program for Women, which helps women create a personalized dating ‘road map’ to find a compatible romantic partner and avoid and change unhealthy relationship patterns.  You will find me to be an extremely compassionate, nonjudgmental and authentic person.  To hear laughing, joking and swearing coming from my office is not at all unusual!

Whatever your needs, I’d be honoured to help you achieve a better future… and a better version of you.  Helping you will involve more than just talking- because let’s face it, if ‘just talking’ helped, just speaking to a friend or loved one would fix things!  Instead, I’ll make sure I teach you practical strategies and tools to get you where you want to be, and occasionally I’ll give you homework to work on between sessions, so that you can practice what you’re learning and understand yourself better.   Ready to get unstuck?  Reach out to me and let’s set up a free phone or video consultation call to discuss your needs.
