Welcome! I recognize how hard it can be to reach out for help and commend you for having the courage to take this step. We all are in need of help at times, and I am here to support you as you strive to enhance your well-being and create meaningful change in your life. Together, we will create a space where you feel safe to express yourself and begin your journey toward growth and healing.

I welcome you within a wide variety of presenting issues. Together we will explore the issues you are facing and develop a plan to support you in achieving your goals – whether you are dealing with significant emotional distress, experiencing challenges in your relationships, or seeking to better understand yourself and your experiences.

I am particularly passionate about treating complex & childhood trauma, relationship issues & patterns, family dynamics, self-esteem & self-compassion, self-development & growth, and social justice. I also work with issues related to depression, anxiety, stress & burnout, emotional regulation, grief, establishing healthy boundaries, interpersonal skills, and existential experiences.

I am honoured to support you through the therapeutic process as you work to enhance your well-being and strive to understand, accept, and love yourself.

I utilize an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs, drawing from a combination of evidence-based modalities including psychodynamic, humanistic, narrative, attachment-based, emotion-focused, trauma-informed, and cognitive-behavioural therapy.

I approach therapy from a collaborative, person-centered perspective to embrace and affirm with you your unique identity, worldview, and lived experience. I am committed to fostering an environment that is safe, welcoming, and accepting so that you feel open to building trust.

Please feel free to connect with me over email if you would like to work together or have any questions.
