Hi, I’m Rebecca — a Registered Social Worker, Accredited Music Therapist, and Fellow of the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals across healthcare, mental health, community, and creative settings.
I offer virtual therapy for teens, adults, and couples across Ontario, with a focus on neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and relational care. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but internally overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or struggling to keep up with the demands of life, relationships, work, or masking.
My approach is collaborative, authentic, and human-first. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to show up as yourself, not when you feel judged, analyzed, or pressured to “perform wellness.” Sessions may include practical coping tools, emotional processing, nervous system support, creativity, humour, reflection, or deeper relational work depending on your needs and goals.
I have particular experience supporting ADHD, burnout, anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, chronic stress, identity exploration, grief, relationship concerns, and self-esteem. I also bring lived experience and a neurodivergent-affirming lens into my work.
My goal is to help clients move toward greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and meaningful change, one honest conversation at a time.
