About…

I am guided by compassion, openness and grounding while supporting you on your healing journey.

You may be experiencing anxiety, frustration, sadness, numbness or hopelessness. You may be feeling stuck in life or looking to achieve your goals and strengthen your relationships.

As a therapist and counsellor, I support a diverse group of individuals and couples. As a clinical focus, I am strongly committed to my work with adults living with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder / ADHD.

My practice is anti-oppressive, allied with and committed to body positivity, queer justice and racial justice. As a former pianist and art history major, creativity, connection and expression are central to my approach. With a foundation in attachment theory and mindfulness, I use narrative, psychodynamic, expressive, and strength-based therapies. My work is intuitive and integrative, drawing from a number of modalities based on your expressed therapeutic goals.

Please reach out if you’d like to book a free phone or virtual consultation to discuss your needs.
