Rebecca Morisson

Hello, I’m Becka (she/her), a Registered Social Worker and therapist working virtually and in-person in Toronto’s West End, at College & Bathurst intersection. I offer flexible scheduling, affordable fee options, and an inclusive approach to therapy. My in-person hours are Sundays 8AM-4PM, and my virtual hours are Wednesdays 5:30-9:30 PM. I may take appointments outside of these office hours, depending on my availability.

You’re doing something great for yourself by considering therapy. Therapy can be daunting, but the potential for growth and healing are immeasurable. It is a gift to be able to support you in your journey.

Since I started training and practicing therapy in 2020, I’ve worked mainly with clients looking to address food and body issues from an anti-diet lens, mood/anxiety disorders, and trauma, but I am trained in a wide variety of therapies that can address a broad spectrum of concerns. My style is gentle and non-judgmental, with a focus on helping you process stored memories, connect with your inner child, and foster your innate wisdom and resilience. In our sessions, you choose how we use your time, and you choose how deep we go on any given day.

Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, using techniques that resonate with your personal journey. Whether through talk therapy, yoga, mindfulness practices, or creative expression, our sessions will be tailored to support your unique needs. I am proud to support and affirm queer and trans, BIPOC, neurodiverse, disabled, and plus/fat clients. Come as you are; you are celebrated here.
