In a world that can feel uncertain and overwhelming, you deserve to find a sense of peace within the noise. As a Tamil therapist-in-training, I bring experience supporting individuals in crisis as well as older adults living with Alzheimer’s and their families. I understand how quickly life can shift in unexpected ways, and how difficult those moments can be to navigate. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Focus areas: Individuals from Christian, South Asian, and/or BIPOC communities. Those navigating everyday stressors related to work, school, and relationships. Depression, anxiety, spiritual trauma, familial conflict, low self-esteem, identity exploration. My approach is rooted in emotionally-focused and mindfulness-based interventions, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic therapy.
“The flower that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of all” – Mulan.
Healing is not linear, but with time and support, it can lead to a greater sense of self and resilience.
