If you’re feeling stuck in your thoughts, overwhelmed by your emotions, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin to feel more grounded.
My work is grounded in a neuroaffirming and culturally responsive approach. I strive to create a space where individuals from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, feel respected and understood.
Focus Areas: Adolescents and Young Adults navigating anxiety, low mood, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. My approach is integrative, drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). I aim to balance practical tools with space to better understand your emotional experiences.
I bring a background in behaviour, neuroscience, and psychology, which shapes how I understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the body. I approach each person with curiosity and care, and I will work with you to build insight and tools that feel meaningful and usable in your day-to-day life.
