I do this by meeting you right where you are in the therapeutic process and walking alongside you through all aspects of the healing journey: providing warmth, compassion, support, and normalizing the many facets of human experience.
My approach to therapy is strength-based with an emphasis on exploration and developing a repertoire of skills that promote balance and well-being. We will work together and explore your thoughts (including your relationship with them), beliefs, emotions and finding new ways of being with these.
I believe that we all come to a time in our lives when we need the space to be unconditionally heard, understood, and reconnect with our authentic selves, or sometimes even discover who we really are.
