When working with couples, I prioritize the communication between partners over all else. Through creating secure attachment, any disagreement or conflict becomes so much more tangible, and that’s where the real change happens. We will absolutely get into the nitty gritty details, but most of the work in session will center around healing attachment wounds and learning to foster a healthy inter-dependent relationship (yes, depending on your partner is healthy!).
