As a consultant, mentor, coach and now a therapist, my gift is helping you see the authenticity of your own strengths and superpowers. Throughout my own personal journey with therapy, I have worked with therapists that specialized in very specific types of therapy that didn’t always work for me. For this reason, I chose to complete my training from a school that provided me with an eclectic set of modalities. This allows me to tap into various therapy techniques throughout our sessions together that are centered specifically on you, your experiences and your goals. My approach takes an integrated focus on how your mind, body and spirit work together as one complete whole.
