Grappling with overwhelming and difficult thoughts and emotions is a unifying human experience, even though it so often feels like we’re alone. We are nuanced and interconnected beings, shaped by our families, our cultures, and our broader society, and the ways in which we tell our own story affects how we are able to flourish in the world. We also hold our stories in our bodies, and exploring our mind-body connection can be a key towards well-being. Through compassion and authenticity, I will support you in your journey of deeper authenticity, self-understanding and integration.
I am a white, cisgender, queer woman, and a settler. Therapy with me provides space for compassionate inquiry into the layers of who you truly are in the many contexts of your life. My approach is holistic and based in a framework of anti-oppression. I specialize in polyamory/non-monogamy and am well-versed in kink/BDSM culture.
Change is the only constant, and through shared connections with safe people, positive growth is possible. Through my own lived experience and healing journey with trauma, I have come to understand that it is through our relationships with others that we find ourselves. I welcome and celebrate you beginning your exploration.
