About…

You deserve to be heard and understood, so let’s talk! Life’s challenges and uncertainties can sometimes weigh us down. In the face of overwhelming difficulties, navigating our personal, professional, and social lives can be challenging. It can often feel lonely, as though we have nowhere to go and nobody to count on. Having said that, I genuinely believe life’s adversities can also foster personal growth and healing. As a first-generation immigrant and a person of colour, I offer an empathetic, holistic, and multicultural lens in my practice.

One of my goals is to help clients realize their true potential and live fulfilling and meaningful lives. Please feel free to connect if you would like to explore the impacts of anxiety and depression, biculturalism, chronic pain/illness, conflicts with identity and self-esteem, relationship concerns, and work-related stress and distress. Additionally, I can help individuals of South Asian origin explore their identities and the unique mental health barriers they may face.

In our work together, we will collaborate in a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space, often drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and strengths-based therapy. I am currently accepting clients in person and virtually. As an RP (Qualifying), my practice is supervised by Judy Lui and MacGyver Kou. Contact me for a free consultation today, and we will embark on your healing, personal growth, and self-discovery journey!

Please see: I have a sliding scale ($20-$75) and some pro-bono spots available. Although I offer sessions in English, I am fluent in Hindi and Urdu and welcome clients who prefer speaking in Hindi or Urdu during sessions.
