Hello and welcome!
My name is Ricki Harrison, and I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support is a courageous first step, and I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, uncertain, or even a little intimidating. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, sharing your experiences, and moving at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with adults, teens, and youth who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, low self-esteem, stress, and burnout. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I am here to support you along the way.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, integrative and flexible, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while identifying the values, goals, and strengths that are important to you
As a caring and dedicated therapist, I strive to meet each client with empathy, curiosity, and respect. Together, we’ll work to develop practical skills, increase self-awareness, and build the confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel supported, empowered, and capable of creating lasting change. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward growth, healing, and living more fully.
