I support individuals navigating relationship challenges, major life transitions, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, and parenting stress. I have a particular interest in working with those carrying the weight of multiple roles, exploring trauma, hormonal changes, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer fit.
Life can shift unexpectedly, and I offer a grounded, supportive space to slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and reconnect with the parts of you that already know how to adapt and endure. My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, with the option to integrate spirituality if that is meaningful to you.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over ten years of experience in mental health and addictions. I draw from IFS, CBT, and DBT, with a focus on safety, curiosity, and change that lasts. In addition to my private practice, I work as a Mental Health Counsellor within hospital settings across Toronto and Durham.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to begin, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I offer a steady, compassionate space to help you make sense of your experiences and reconnect with your strengths. When you feel ready, or even just curious, you’re welcome to reach out. I look forward to walking alongside you in this process.
